One-on-one personal training

1-on-1 Personal Training

£45 per session

This is the most focused way to train. Every session is built around your goals, your body, and your schedule. I handle the programming so you can just show up and work.

What is included

  • + Full movement assessment in your first session
  • + Custom programming updated every 4 to 6 weeks
  • + Progress tracking with regular check-ins
  • + Nutrition guidance if you want it (not a rigid meal plan)
  • + WhatsApp support between sessions
Small group training

Small Group Training

£20 per person (2 to 4 people)

Grab a couple of mates and train together. You still get proper coaching and structured sessions, but the cost comes down and the energy goes up.

What is included

  • + Structured sessions designed for the group
  • + Individual modifications where needed
  • + Groups of 2 to 4 people only, never a crowded class
  • + Flexible scheduling to suit the group
  • + Same quality coaching as 1-on-1 sessions
Online coaching and programming

Online Coaching

£120 per month

For people who can train independently but want expert programming and accountability. You train on your schedule at your gym, and I make sure the plan is right.

What is included

  • + Bespoke training programme updated monthly
  • + Weekly video check-ins (15 to 20 minutes)
  • + Form review via video submissions
  • + Nutrition guidance and habit coaching
  • + Direct messaging support throughout the week
