Every option starts with a free consultation. We talk about where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there without wasting your time.
1-on-1 Personal Training
£45 per session
This is the most focused way to train. Every session is built around your goals, your body, and your schedule. I handle the programming so you can just show up and work.
What is included
- + Full movement assessment in your first session
- + Custom programming updated every 4 to 6 weeks
- + Progress tracking with regular check-ins
- + Nutrition guidance if you want it (not a rigid meal plan)
- + WhatsApp support between sessions
Small Group Training
£20 per person (2 to 4 people)
Grab a couple of mates and train together. You still get proper coaching and structured sessions, but the cost comes down and the energy goes up.
What is included
- + Structured sessions designed for the group
- + Individual modifications where needed
- + Groups of 2 to 4 people only, never a crowded class
- + Flexible scheduling to suit the group
- + Same quality coaching as 1-on-1 sessions
Online Coaching
£120 per month
For people who can train independently but want expert programming and accountability. You train on your schedule at your gym, and I make sure the plan is right.
What is included
- + Bespoke training programme updated monthly
- + Weekly video check-ins (15 to 20 minutes)
- + Form review via video submissions
- + Nutrition guidance and habit coaching
- + Direct messaging support throughout the week
