Getting started
How long does it take?
About 48 hours from you sending us the details to you looking at a preview. It is the same handful of questions every time, so we are quick at it.
What if I already have a domain?
We'll use it. Easy.
What if I already have a website?
We'll rebuild it properly. Your old one keeps running until the new one is ready, so you are never off the internet.
Can I see examples?
Yes, on the Work page. Nine sites across nine trades, with the design decision behind each one.
Once it is live
Can I edit it myself?
You could, but you don't need to. Email us what you want changed and we'll do it. No system to learn, no password to lose.
What happens if something breaks?
We fix it. You do not need to know what went wrong. Email us and we'll sort it.
Will it show up on Google?
Every site is built to be found: proper page titles, fast loading, works on a phone, and we set up your Google Business Profile. Ongoing search campaigns are a different conversation, but the foundations are solid.
What if I want to cancel?
Give us 30 days. No exit fees, no hoops. The domain is registered in your name, so you take it with you.
About us
Are you a big agency?
No. We are a small UK studio. That is rather the point: you email a person, and the person who replies is the person who builds it.
What sort of businesses do you work with?
Mostly one-person service businesses. Hairdressers, dog groomers, driving instructors, personal trainers, tradespeople. Anyone who needs a straightforward site that works.
Do you build online shops?
Yes. We can put a proper shop on your site with card payments and your own domain, rather than sending your customers off to somebody else's marketplace.
