What we collect

• Name, email, and phone number (from our contact form)
• Business name and type (from our contact form)
• Usage data via Plausible Analytics (cookieless, anonymous)

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, build your website, manage your account, and improve our service. We don't sell your data. We don't use it for marketing unless you've asked us to.

Who we share it with

• GoCardless (payment processing)
• Cloudflare (hosting)
• Plausible Analytics (anonymous usage stats)

We don't share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

While you're a client, plus 12 months after you cancel. Contact form submissions are deleted after 6 months if they don't become clients.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what data we hold, correct it, delete it, or export it. Email hello@biscuitweb.co.uk and we'll sort it within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
