Who we are
Biscuit Web Ltd · Registered in England and Wales. We build and host websites for small businesses.
What we do
We design, build, and host websites. We also register domains, set up SSL certificates, and manage ongoing hosting and minor updates.
Pricing and payment
The build fee (£500) is charged on sign-up via GoCardless Direct Debit. The monthly fee (£50) starts 30 days after your site goes live. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
What's included monthly
Hosting, SSL, domain management, up to 2 small edits per month (under 15 minutes each), and a monthly performance email. If something breaks, we fix it at no extra charge.
Cancellation
30 days' written notice to cancel. No exit fees. We'll hand over your domain. It's registered in your name. Your site will go offline at the end of your billing period.
Domain ownership
We register your domain in your name. You own it. If you leave, it comes with you. We manage it while you're a client.
Content ownership
You own your content: text, images, logos. We own the underlying template design. You're free to take your content elsewhere if you cancel.
Limitation of liability
We do our best, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before any claim.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
